Twitter went mad for Poldark on Sunday night.
Poldark was the third most tweeted about programme on TV that day with some 11.6 thousand tweets. Nearly 6,000 people tweeted about the show and over 538,000 people saw a tweet or retweet about it.
The figures come from Kantar Media who look at the number of tweets during a show and 30 minutes before and after.
Crufts 2015 and The Only Way is Essex received more tweets with 25.1 k and 11.8k respectively.
